Welcome to the Sanctuary
This is where the rebuilding begins.
Not the kind of rebuilding that starts with a 5 a.m. alarm or a green juice. I’m talking about the deeper kind — the rebuilding that begins when your body says “no more,” and you finally listen.
If you’re new here, I’m KellyB — a slow-living strategist, blended family mom, and systems-minded woman navigating life with MCAS, EPI, ADHD, and a history of burnout masked as ambition. This space is my digital sanctuary: part journal, part toolkit, part exhale.
In 2022, my health fell apart — rashes, fatigue, stomach issues, and a series of misdiagnoses that nearly broke me. What healed me wasn’t one protocol. It was a reorientation. To my nervous system. To my values. To rhythms that actually work for people like me — sensitive, high-functioning, often misunderstood.
